Agergaard presents on booth 3A-432 end seals, doctor blades and more for packaging printing
2016 is the year of the trade shows for O.C. Agergaard GmbH -starting in March at the FTA Info*Flex in Fort Worth, Texas, then meeting the whole world of printing in June at DRUPA in Düsseldorf and now we are heading for the FachPack in Nuremberg. The FachPack, European trade fair for packaging, technology, processing and logistics, presents the packaging process chain compactly under one roof.
Having successfully participated in the FachPack for the first time in 2015, Agergaard presents at FachPack from 27 to 29 September 2016 their novelties in sealing technology and doctor blades. These have already found great favor with the visitors from 99 countries who visited the Agergaard booth at DRUPA.

label and packaging printers have the opportunity to view the new generations of coatSEAL chamber doctor blade end seals and polyBLADE plastic blades:
coatSEAL Hybrid - material symbiosis for high performance
Two-component end seal from a basic material with high restoring force combined with a highly wear resistant sealing lip from a type of rubber or thermoplastic. These end seals have an extremely long lifespan and show very good sealing properties. The coatSEAL Hybrid seals are qualified for printing high volumes with long consumable changing intervals and also for high speed printing.
coatSEAL Universal - all-rounder for packaging printing
End seals from vulcanized rubber which are realized as special designs for a specific chamber system. By using special rubber materials these end seals can be used universally in a broad range of applications.
polyBLADE S and polyBLADE P - pure wear resistance
Plastic blades, that are being produced with individual bevel angles according to customer requirement in different blade widths and thicknesses. The polyBLADE S blades haven proven to work well in flexible packaging printing, the polyBLADE P blades create benefits of long life time and stability especially in corrugated printing or tissue production.
