We are happy to provide the new developed cleaning machine "Plate Wash" for flexo print plates by the Danish manufacturer Flexo Wash ApS. The company Flexo Wash develops cleaning systems for the flexographic industry for several decades now, and has got a profound knowledge in this technology.

The Plate Wash is available in different sizes from 450 mm up to 1.300 mm, and there are special constructions for bigger working widths. This machine is characterized by an easy operation and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning liquids.

The latest development for our product line is the filter set for the dampening water filtration system technotrans beta f.

The filter quality is so good that the dampening water can be recirculated for many months. The frequency of the complete exchange is extremely low, as even the finest particles stay in the filter layers, and that the dampening water remains clear for a very long time. 

This is a great support for the environment as the dampening water normally requires special treatment and regulations when it needs to be disposed.
